Terms of Service
1. Agreement and electronic acceptance
By creating an account, checking the acceptance boxes, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use Honnz after an updated version is presented to you, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Honnz records the applicable document versions and acceptance timestamp. If you do not agree, do not create or continue using an account.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract. If you use Honnz for a business, organization, client, or other person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party and to connect, analyze, schedule, and publish through every account you connect.
3. What Honnz provides
Honnz is subscription software that can analyze content you authorize, generate content suggestions, maintain a publishing queue, schedule or publish posts to your own connected accounts, and provide related analytics and workflow features. Honnz is a software tool, not an advertising agency, fiduciary, employment service, social network, financial adviser, legal adviser, or guarantee of any commercial result.
4. Your account and security responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining control of your email and credentials, using strong passwords, securing connected third-party accounts, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not share access in a manner that defeats plan restrictions or security controls. You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent directly caused by Honnz's proven breach of a non-waivable legal duty.
5. Your content, permissions, and instructions
You retain ownership of content you provide, subject to third-party rights. You grant Honnz a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, transform, analyze, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support the service. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, consents, and lawful bases needed for content, data, accounts, and instructions you submit to Honnz.
6. AI-generated and automated output
AI-generated content can be inaccurate, repetitive, incomplete, offensive, unsuitable, or factually wrong. Honnz may apply filters and safety controls, but no automated system can guarantee that every output is correct or appropriate. You are responsible for selecting your publishing mode and for reviewing outputs to the extent appropriate for your use. Enabling Smart Autopilot, Full Autopilot, or any future automatic-publishing mode is an express instruction authorizing Honnz to publish within the settings you configure.
You should not rely on generated content as professional legal, medical, financial, safety, investment, or other regulated advice. You remain responsible for claims, disclosures, intellectual-property clearance, advertising compliance, and factual accuracy in content published through your accounts.
7. Connected platforms and third-party services
Honnz depends on independent services such as X, OpenAI, PayPal, hosting/database providers, and transactional email providers. Those services have their own terms, policies, limits, outages, pricing, security practices, and enforcement decisions. Honnz does not control and is not responsible for a third party changing an API, reducing access, rate-limiting requests, rejecting content, suspending or restricting an account, changing prices, terminating an integration, losing availability, or applying its own rules.
You are solely responsible for complying with the rules of each connected platform. Honnz is not affiliated with or endorsed by X, OpenAI, PayPal, or another third party merely because an integration is available.
8. No artificial engagement or prohibited automation
Honnz does not sell or manufacture followers, likes, views, reviews, or fake engagement. You may not use Honnz for spam, deceptive automation, harassment, impersonation, unlawful surveillance, infringement, malicious code, credential theft, unsolicited bulk outreach, fake engagement, platform-rule evasion, circumvention of safeguards or rate limits, unlawful political or commercial manipulation, or any illegal activity. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, probe, overload, scrape, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to Honnz or another user's workspace.
9. No outcome guarantee
Past performance, analytics, recommended posting times, content scores, projections, experiments, and generated suggestions are informational only. Honnz does not promise or guarantee virality, impressions, reach, ranking, discoverability, followers, engagement, conversion, revenue, profit, sales, reputation, account safety, platform eligibility, or any other audience or business result.
10. Subscriptions, PayPal, taxes, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through PayPal. Prices, billing intervals, and plan features are shown before purchase. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize PayPal to process recurring charges according to the subscription you approve. You are responsible for applicable taxes, payment-method accuracy, and charges validly incurred through your account.
Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access available through the already-paid period unless PayPal, applicable law, fraud/security concerns, or the specific plan terms require a different result. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, PayPal's applicable rules, and non-waivable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
11. Service changes, limits, suspension, and termination
We may add, remove, modify, limit, or discontinue features, models, integrations, quotas, or plan details when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, third-party changes, abuse prevention, technical reliability, or product development. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, creates material security or platform risk, violates these Terms, or exposes Honnz or others to harm. Where practicable and legally appropriate, we will provide notice.
12. Availability, backups, and data loss
The service is provided over networks and third-party infrastructure and may experience maintenance, latency, provider outages, API failures, queue delays, deployment interruptions, data corruption, or other failures. Honnz uses reasonable operational safeguards but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. You should keep independent copies of important content and records you cannot afford to lose.
13. Intellectual property
Honnz and its software, design, branding, documentation, non-customer datasets, and service infrastructure are owned by or licensed to Honnz and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you grant Honnz a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use that feedback without obligation to you.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. You must not upload personal data, confidential information, or third-party information unless you have a lawful basis and authority to do so. Optional marketing or conversion tracking remains subject to the separate privacy-choice controls presented by Honnz where applicable.
15. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Honnz is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that generated content will be unique, legally protectable, error-free, compliant with every law or platform policy, or accepted by any third party.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Honnz and its owners, personnel, contractors, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunities, reputation, business interruption, platform access, followers, engagement, data, content, or anticipated savings, even if advised that such loss was possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Honnz arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the subscription fees actually paid by you to Honnz for the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted and to the extent permitted applies collectively to all related claims.
These exclusions and caps do not apply where, and only to the extent that, applicable law prohibits their application, including any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
17. Indemnity for your misuse and content
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Honnz and its owners, personnel, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your connected accounts, your violation of law or third-party rights, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the service. This section does not require indemnification for a claim to the extent caused by Honnz's own unlawful conduct.
18. Force majeure
Honnz is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet or cloud outages, third-party platform failures, cyberattacks despite reasonable safeguards, power or telecommunications failures, governmental action, natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, labor disruption, epidemics, or similar events.
19. Disputes, governing law, and time to bring claims
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us with a description of the dispute and allow at least 30 days for good-faith informal resolution, unless urgent relief or applicable law requires otherwise. Except where mandatory consumer or other law provides a different rule, these Terms are governed by the laws of Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes will be brought in the competent courts located in Amman, Jordan.
To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in a purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising from the service must be filed within one year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we may require you to review and affirmatively accept the new version before continued authenticated use. The version and effective date displayed on this page identify the governing text.
21. General provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder will remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your account or these Terms without our consent; Honnz may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the service. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any plan-specific terms shown at checkout form the entire agreement regarding the service.
